Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
Hey there! We want you to absolutely love your Sumbrella experience. If something didn’t go as planned, we’re here to make it right. Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.
1. When Can I Exchange or Return?
- Within 14 days of delivery or purchase
- Item must be unused, and in original condition
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
2. Want to Swap It?
- Exchanges are allowed for defective items or if the product arrives damaged
- Exchanges depend on available stock
- You can exchange at any of our kiosks or by shipping it back (customer covers return shipping cost unless item is faulty)
3. Need a Refund?
- Refunds are only available if:
- There’s a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item
- Item not as described
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
